It’s a double rainbow cupcake—all the way! What does this mean!? Well, it means I mixed some food coloring into marzipan, layered it, cut it into squares, baked it into a toasted coconut cupcake, and then frosted it with buttercream and a coconut rainbow. Double rainbow, oh my God. (I must thank my friend Matthew Bathan for the inspiration on this one—and, of course, this dude.)

OH MY GOD RAINBOW CUPCAKE WITH MARZIPAN HOLY SHIT

Okay, I don’t really care about the whole rainbow aspect. It’s cool and impressive and all, and I think it’s cute, but I definitely don’t get up in arms about it, but,

That having been said,

A cupcake with marzipan in it. I propose adding another layer to the sheer greatness of that combination. Hear me out:

Marzipan inside of a cupcake inside of my stomach.
